on a scale of one to crap, i'm having trouble picking a worse school-mandatory book right now my options are:
Farewell to arms Huckleberry Finn Fallen Angels probably some more, but I forget
Though i will say this: Catcher in the Rye was surprisingly readable for a class book, and probably the best one i've read for school

Huckleberry finn wasn't that bad, but i was around 11 when i read it. Maybe more middle school than high school, but eh, i bet it holds up nice.
